If SecondDoor has scanned a domain you control, you can correct what it got wrong, ask for a fresh scan, or take the domain out of the index entirely. All three are free, and none of them needs a paid plan.
Start by proving you control the domain, which takes one DNS record. We ask because the alternative is a form anybody could use to remove a competitor.
Before you take it out
Most people who write to us want a number corrected or a stale score refreshed, and both are quicker than leaving. A rescan is free, it takes about half a minute, and a site that has been fixed usually moves a long way.
